Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
The penalty for any person found guilty of willfully making any false or misleading statement or representation for the purpose of obtaining any benefit or statement or payment under this part shall be: (a) A fine of up to $1,000, or (b) Imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or (c) Both (a) and (b).
