(a) As the Ticket to Work program is implemented in States, we will notify the State VR agency by letter about payment systems available under the program. The letter will ask the State VR agency to choose a payment system to use when it functions as an EN. (b) When serving a beneficiary holding a ticket, the State VR agency may choose, on a case-by-case basis, to seek payment under its elected EN payment system or under the cost reimbursement payment system, subject to the limitations in §411.585.
