The agreement between an EN and a State VR agency should state the conditions under which the State VR agency will provide services to a beneficiary when the beneficiary is referred by the EN to the State VR agency for services. Examples of this information include- (a) Procedures for making referrals and sharing information that will assist in providing services; (b) A description of the financial responsibilities of each party to the agreement; (c) The terms and procedures under which the EN will pay the State VR agency for providing services; and (d) Procedures for resolving disputes under the agreement.
