(a) We will pay the provider that first meets the requirements for payment under its elected payment system applicable to the beneficiary who assigned the ticket. (b) In the event that both providers first meet the requirements for payment under their respective payment systems in the same month, we will pay the claim of the provider to which the beneficiary's ticket is currently assigned or, if the ticket is not currently assigned to either provider, the claim of the provider to which the ticket was most recently assigned.
