Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) Funds shall be made available by the Secretary to eligible deliverers for the operation of centers and for the provision of Job Corps operational support services. (b) Eligible deliverers for the operation of centers and for the operational support services necessary to center operation shall be units of Federal, State, and local government, State and local public agencies, private-for-profit and nonprofit organizations, Indian tribes and organizations, and labor unions, union-affiliated, and union/management organizations.
