(a) All housing sites shall be provided with electric service. (b) Each habitable room and all common use rooms, and areas such as: Laundry rooms, toilets, privies, hallways, stairways, etc., shall contain adequate ceiling or wall-type light fixtures. At least one wall-type electrical convenience outlet shall be provided in each individual living room. (c) Adequate lighting shall be provided for the yard area, and pathways to common use facilities. (d) All wiring and lighting fixtures shall be installed and maintained in a safe condition.
