Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) In any case involving either overpayments or underpayments, the Office may take any necessary action, and district directors may issue appropriate orders to protect the rights of the parties. (b) Disputes arising out of orders so issued shall be resolved by the procedures set out in subpart F of this part.
