Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
Any petition or cross-petition for review shall: (a) Be dated; (b) Be typewritten or legibly written; (c) State the specific reason or reasons why the party petitioning for review believes the Administrative Law Judge's decision is in error; (d) Be signed by the party filing the petition or an authorized representative of such party; and (e) Attach copies of the Administrative Law Judge's decision and any other documents admitted into the record by the Administrative Law Judge which would assist the Secretary in determining whether review is warranted.
