The following tests shall be performed using test procedures approved by the Director, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research: (a) Potency tests for determining anti-IgG and anti-complement activity. (b) Specificity tests, tests for heterospecific antibodies, and additional tests for nonspecific properties.
