Title 22 - Foreign Relations
The provisions of this subpart are to be followed in instances where: (a) The Peace Corps is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another agency; (b) The Peace Corps is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the Peace Corps; or (c) The Peace Corps currently employs an individual who owes a debt to another Federal agency. Upon receipt of proper certification from the creditor agency, the Peace Corps will offset the debtor-employee's salary in accordance with these regulations.
