Title 22 - Foreign Relations
Party means— (a) The grievant/charged employee; (b) The Agency or Agencies employing the grievant/charged employee and/or having control over the act, omission, or condition leading to appearance before the Board; or (c) The exclusive representative if it has achieved party status under §903.4.
