(a) All correspondence from the debtor to the Secretary shall be addressed to the Department Claims Officer, Office of Finance and Accounting, Department of HUD, Washington, DC 20410. (b) The Department Claims Officer will deliver any correspondence to the appropriate Deputy Assistant Secretary within four working days.
