Title 24 - Housing and Urban Development
(a) Notices. When evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, the Department shall provide a notice to occupants in accordance with §35.125. A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for the purposes of this part. (b) Lead hazard information pamphlet.
