The following budget items are to be considered training or other costs under the Youthbuild implementation grant and should not be considered costs associated with acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction for the purposes of §§585.307, 585.309, 585.310, and 585.311. (a) Trainees' tools and clothing. (b) Participant stipends and wages. (c) On-site trainee supervisors. (d) Construction management. (e) Relocation costs. (f) Legal fees. (g) Clearance and demolition.
