Title 24 - Housing and Urban Development
(a) Any building for which emergency shelter grant amounts are used for conversion, major rehabilitation, rehabilitation, or renovation must meet local government safety and sanitation standards. (b) For projects of 15 or more units, when rehabilitation costs are: (1) 75 percent or more of the replacement cost of the building, that project must meet the requirements of §8.23(a) of this title; or (2) Less than 75 percent of the replacement cost of the building, that project must meet the requirements of §8.23(b) of this title.
