(a) In computing any period of time prescribed by the regulations in this part, refer to §26.16(a) of this title. (b) Extensions of any of the time periods set out in these regulations may be granted by the Secretary or, as appropriate, by a State Administrative Agency, upon a showing of good cause by the party governed by the time period.
