Title 27 - Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms
All chemicals produced, including chemical by-products of the spirits production system, shall be substantially free of spirits before being removed from bonded premises. Except as authorized by the appropriate TTB officer , the spirits content of such chemicals to be removed from bonded premises shall not exceed 10 percent by volume. Proprietors shall test chemicals for spirits content. Records of the tests will be maintained according to §19.736. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85–859, 72 Stat. 1356, as amended (26 U.S.C. 5201))
