On labels of imported distilled spirits there shall be stated the country of origin in substantially the following form: “Product of ________,” the blank to be filled in with the name of the country or origin. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85–859, 72 Stat. 1356, as amended (26 U.S.C. 5201))
