Where there is any change in the list of officers, directors, or principal persons, furnished under the provisions of §19.914, §19.915 or §19.916, the proprietor shall submit, within 30 days of any such change, a notice in letter form stating the changes in officers, directors, or principal persons. A new list reflecting the changes will be submitted with the letter notice. (Sec. 232, Pub. L. 96–233, 94 Stat. 278 (26 U.S.C. 5181))
