Title 27 - Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms
Proprietors shall provide security adequate to deter the unauthorized removal of spirits. The proprietor shall store spirits either in a building, a storage tank, or within an enclosure, which the proprietor will keep locked when operations are not being conducted. (Sec. 201, Pub.
