Title 27 - Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms
If the proprietor desires to produce a new product or make a change in a production procedure which would affect the designation, or substantially affect the character of his product, the proprietor shall file an application to amend the registration of the plant to include the amended or new statement of production procedure. The new or changed procedure may not be used prior to approval of the amended registration. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85–859, 72 Stat. 1349, as amended, (26 U.S.C. 5172))
