Only one operating permit will be issued for a plant. The operating permit shall designate the operations permitted. All of the provisions of this part relating to the performance of the operations covered by the permit shall be included in the provisions and conditions of the permit. Operating permits shall be kept posted available for inspection at the distilled spirits plant. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85–859, 72 Stat. 1370, as amended (26 U.S.C. 5271); sec. 805(a), Pub.
