Title 28 - Judicial Administration
Registration statements shall be filed in duplicate with the Registration Unit, Internal Security Section, Criminal Division, Department of Justice, Washington, DC 20530. Filing may be made in person or by mail, and shall be deemed to have taken place upon the receipt thereof by the Registration Unit. [Order No. 524–73, 38 FR 18235, July 9, 1973]
