Title 28 - Judicial Administration
(a) The administration and enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended (22 U.S.C. 611–621), is subject to the general supervision and direction of the Attorney General, assigned to, conducted, handled, and supervised by the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Criminal Division (§0.60(b) of this chapter). (b) The Assistant Attorney General is authorized to prescribe such forms, in addition to or in lieu of those specified in the regulations in this part, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this part. (c) Copies of the Act, and of the rules, regulations, and forms prescribed pursuant to the Act, and information concerning the foregoing may be obtained upon request without charge from the Registration Unit, Criminal Division, Department of Justice, Washington, DC 20530.
