Effective Date(s): September 19, 2006 5. Amend §2520.103–9 by revising paragraph (d) as follows: * * * * * (d) Electronic filing. See §2520.104a–2 and the instructions for the Form 5500 “Annual Return/Report of Employee Benefit Plan” for electronic filing requirements. The bank or insurance company which maintains the common or collective trust or pooled separate account must maintain an original copy, with all required signatures, as part of its records.
