A recipient may show cause why enforcement proceedings should not be instituted by, among other means: (a) Correcting the violation(s) that brought about the Notice to Show Cause and entering into a written assurance and/or entering into a Conciliation Agreement, as appropriate, under §§37.95 through 37.97; (b) Demonstrating that CRC does not have jurisdiction; or (c) Demonstrating that the violation alleged by CRC did not occur.
