Title 30 - Mineral Resources
This part governs the reporting of oil or gas operations information on Federal and Indian leases or federally-approved agreements including leases or agreements on the OCS. This part also governs the reporting of other operational information associated with production from Federal and Indian leases or federally-approved agreements when such operations occur prior to the point of sale or royalty determination, whichever is applicable.
