(a) Specific guidance on how to prepare and submit required information collection reports and forms to MMS is contained in an MMS Oil and Gas Payor Handbook which is available from the Minerals Management Service, Royalty Management Program, P.O. Box 5760, Denver, Colorado 80217–5760. (b) Royalty payors should refer to this handbook for specific guidance with respect to geothermal resources reporting requirements.
