This part contains all rules applicable only within Texas which have been adopted under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977. [45 FR 13008, Feb. 27, 1980] The Secretary approved the Texas regulatory program, as submitted on July 20, 1979, and amended on November 13, 1979, and December 20, 1979, effective February 16, 1980.
