Title 30 - Mineral Resources
(a) Part 815 of this chapter, Permanent Program Performance Standards—Coal Exploration, shall apply to any person conducting coal exploration operations. (b) Any person who conducts coal exploration operations shall comply with the Washington Forest Practices Act, RCW 76.09, and regulations promulgated pursuant to it.
