Title 30 - Mineral Resources
The Director or his authorized designee shall normally approve a grant for a period of one year or less. OSM shall fund a program that extends over more than one year by consecutive annual grants or amendments to the existing grant. [47 FR 38490, Aug. 31, 1982]
