Title 31 - Money and Finance: Treasury
(a) Those portions of Korea which are under the control of the government of the Republic of Korea are not included within the term designated foreign country. (b) The diplomatic and consular representatives of the Republic of Korea are not deemed to be acting or purporting to act directly or indirectly for the benefit or on the behalf of any designated foreign country.
