Title 31 - Money and Finance: Treasury
The term entity of the Government of Iraq or Iraqi Government entity includes: (a) Any corporation, partnership, association, or other entity in which the Government of Iraq owns a majority or controlling interest, any entity managed or funded by that government, or any entity which is otherwise controlled by that government; (b) Any agency or instrumentality of the Government of Iraq, including the Central Bank of Iraq.
