Title 31 - Money and Finance: Treasury
The term Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) means the government of the FRY (S&M), its agencies, instrumentalities, and controlled entities, including all financial institutions and state-owned and socially-owned entities organized or located in the FRY (S&M) as of June 9, 1998, any successors to such entities, and their respective subsidiaries and branches, wherever located, and any persons acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of any of the foregoing. Note to §586.306: Please refer to the appendices at the end of this chapter for listings of persons determined to fall within this definition who have been designated pursuant to this part. Section 501.807 of this chapter sets forth the procedures to be followed by persons seeking administrative reconsideration of their designations, or who wish to assert that the circumstances resulting in designation are no longer applicable.
