Title 31 - Money and Finance: Treasury
The operation of an account in a U.S. financial institution for an individual ordinarily resident in Burma, other than an individual whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to §537.201(a), is authorized, provided that each transaction processed through the account: (a) Is of a personal nature and not for use in supporting or operating a business; (b) Does not involve a transfer directly or indirectly to Burma or for the benefit of individuals ordinarily resident in Burma unless authorized by §537.517; and (c) Is not otherwise prohibited by this part.
