Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
Any commissioned, warrant, or petty officer of the United States Coast Guard may be authorized to carry out the functions delegated to superior officials under §§1.01–1, 1.01–20, 1.01–30, 1.01–70, and 1.07–80, or redelegated under §1.01–85, within the jurisdiction of the cognizant official.
