Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
(a) The Toledo Marine Inspection Office and the Toledo Captain of the Port Office are located in Toledo, Ohio. (b) The Toledo Marine Inspection Zone and Captain of the Port Zone include all navigable waters of the United states and contiguous land areas within the following boundaries: From latitude 42° N.; longitude 84°30' W.; thence due south to latitude 41° N.; thence due east to longitude 82°25' W.; thence due north to the international boundary in Lake Erie; thence northwesterly along the international boundary to latitude 42° N.; thence due west to the starting point.
