Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
Any person whose facility has been offered to and accepted by the Coast Guard may be reimbursed for the actual necessary expenses of operating that facility, in accordance with applicable statutes and the procedures prescribed by the Commandant. [USCG–2003–15404, 68 FR 37740, June 25, 2003]
