Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
(a) The requirements in this subpart apply to the bridges listed and are in addition to, or vary from, the general requirements in Subpart A. (b) A requirement in this subpart which varies from a general requirement in Subpart A supersedes the general requirement. (c) All other general requirements in Subpart A not at variance apply to the bridges listed in this subpart. (d) The draws of a number of the bridges listed in this subpart need not open for the passage of vessels during certain periods, however, this does not preclude the bridge owner from directing the drawtender to open the draw during these periods.
