The draw of the Clam Bay boardwalk shall open on signal between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., if at least one-hour advance notice is given. Between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m., the draw will be left in the open position. [CGD7–87–1, 52 FR 21953, June 10, 1987]
