The draw of Suwannee River bridge, mile 35 at Old Town need not be opened for the passage of vessels, however, the draw shall be restored to operable condition within 6 months after notification by the District Commander to do so. [CGD07–98–054, 64 FR 55419, Oct. 13, 1999]
