Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
(a) The draw of the SR 699 bridge shall open on signal except as provided below. (b) From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays the draw need open only on the hour, quarter hour, half hour, and three quarter hour. Public vessels of the United States, tugs with tows, and vessels in distress shall be passed at any time. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (b), the draw shall open on signal whenever a National Weather Service small craft advisory or warning for winds of greater force is in effect. (d) From 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. a delay of up to 10 minutes may be expected unless the drawtender has been contacted by telephone or radiotelephone.
