(a) The draw of the Union Pacific railroad bridge, mile 14.7 at Grosse Tete, need not be opened for the passage of vessels. (b) The removable span of the S377 bridge, mile 15.3 near Rosedale, shall be removed for the passage of vessels if at least 48 hours notice is given.
