The draw of the S661 bridge, mile 7.5, shall open on signal if at least four hours advance notice is given; except that, the draw need not be opened for the passage of vessels Monday through Friday except holidays from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. [CGD8–90–05, 55 FR 33289, Aug. 15, 1990]
