The draw of the New Jersey Transit Rail Operations bridge, mile 8.4 near Oceanport, shall open on signal from May 15 through September 15 between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m.; except that, the bridge need not open 6 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays except holidays. The draw shall open on signal upon four hours notice from May 15 through September 15 between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., and from September 16 through May 14; except that, the draw need not be opened from 6 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays except holidays. Public vessels of the United States and vessels in distress shall be passed as soon as possible at any time. [CGD 82–025, 49 FR 43461, Oct. 29, 1984.
