The draw of the Port Isabel bridge, mile 666.0, shall open on signal; except that, from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays only, excluding holidays, the draw need open only on the hour for pleasure craft. The draw shall open on signal at any time for commercial vessels, for a vessel in distress, or for an emergency aboard a vessel. When the draw is open for a commercial vessel, waiting pleasure craft shall be passed. [CGD8–90–10, 56 FR 14644, Apr. 11, 1991]
