Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
All persons owning or operating bridges over the navigable waters of the United States or any international bridge constructed after March 23, 1906, shall maintain at their own expense the lights and other signals required by this part. [CGD 84–022, 51 FR 16312, May 2, 1986]
