(a) Except inside lines specifically described in this section, the 72 COLREGS shall apply on the bays, bayous, creeks, marinas, and rivers from Anclote to the Suncoast Keys. (b) A north-south line drawn at longitude 82°38.3' W. across the Chassahowitzka River Entrance.
