Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
All the waters of Sesuit Harbor southerly of a line extending between the outer end of the jetties on each side of the entrance to the Harbor. Note: The area will be principally for use by yachts and other recreational craft. Temporary floats or buoys for marking anchors will be allowed. Fixed mooring piles of stakes will be prohibited. The anchoring of vessels and the placing of temporary moorings will be under the jurisdiction and at the discretion of the local Harbor Master.
