The waters lying within an area bounded by a line beginning at a point located at the west bank of St. Johns River at latitude 30°15'11", longitude 81°41'23"; thence to latitude 30°15'13", longitude 81°41'14"; thence to latitude 30°15'03", longitude 81°41'11"; thence to latitude 30°15'04", longitude 81°41'20"; and thence to the point of beginning. (b) Area B. The waters lying within an area bounded by a line beginning at latitude 30°15'03", longitude 81°41'28"; thence to latitude 30°15'02", longitude 81°41'10"; thence to latitude 30°14'56", longitude 81°41'08"; thence to latitude 30°14'54.5", longitude 81°41'10.5"; and thence to the point of beginning.
